We need help determining our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

The objective of this project is to help the client understand and identify their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This includes understanding the characteristics and demographics of their target customers, their pain points and needs, and their purchasing behaviors.

The scope of this project includes conducting research on the client's current customer base, as well as their competitors' customer base. This may include surveys, interviews, and analyzing data from the client's website and social media channels. The project will also include creating customer personas and analyzing customer data to identify patterns and trends.

The deliverables for this project will include a detailed report outlining the client's ICPs, including demographic information, pain points, needs, and purchasing behaviors. The report will also include customer personas and a data analysis of customer patterns and trends. The project will conclude with a presentation to the client to review the findings and discuss how they can be used to inform and improve their digital marketing strategy.
